Training

Many people describe a sense of helplessness when encountering someone facing the terminal illness or death of a loved one. Our training provides an understanding of grief along with practical strategies for working with those who are bereaved or facing the death of someone close.

We offer training for teachers and school staff, HR and business, statutory and voluntary organisations who work with bereaved children, young people and adults.

We recognize that this is not always an easy subject and those attending have praised our training:

"A sensitive subject handled excellently"
"Gave me the confidence to be bold about the subject of death"
"Now I feel I have got the knowledge and confidence to carry on my support of the children"

Our training programme includes:

Bereaved Children & Young People
